A Digital Creator, director, and producer, Renee Moncada-McElroy is a seasoned creative with ten plus years -experience producing, directing and writing for Film and Television. Traveling the globe, this creative storyteller honed her skills directing and producing while working with major television networks and creating content for artists like Big Freedia, The Black Woman is God Exhibit, and countless social justice and community advocacy campaigns. A San Francisco native, Renee has produced show’s for major Television Networks and has worked with many artists from the Bay Area, including singer Kehlani and Grammy Award winner and Fantastic Negrito. Contrarily, Renee has not limited herself to only working with artists in the Bay. While managing New Orleans bounce sensation Big Freedia from 2012-2017 Renee secured and executive produced “Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce” on The Fuse network running for six seasons, proving her ability to work on a national scale.
Multi-talented Renee Moncada-McElroy has mastered many forms of content creation through the years, including, professional digital content, campaigning, filmmaking, photography, and live streaming. Recognizing the need to expand her live streaming abilities Renee launched flymedia studios in 2020. Her most recent collaboration includes The Black Woman is God Livestream and a feature length Documentary pitch to HBO and Hulu about New Orleans Bounce rapper Big Freedia. Renee is a creator and will not stop creating anytime soon.
